    In this treatment, lukewarm herbal oils are poured all over the body in a special rhythmic way continuously for about 45 to 60 minutes per day. This treatment is very useful to cure Rheumatic diseases like arthritis, muscular complaints, paralysis, hemiplegia, sexual weakness, nervous disorders and prevents premature aging.


  • Kativasthi


    A unique Keralite treatment where a region on your lower back is

    formed from black gram paste and

    filled with specially prepared warm herbal oil. The powerfully healing herbal oils deeply cleanse and enrich the blood, builds and maintains strong muscle and connective tissue and lubricates the joints.



  • Kizhi (massage with muslin bag herbs and seeds)

    Trained therapists apply muslin bags for about 45 to 60 minutes per day. This treatment is for all types of injuries and certain kind of skin diseases. It cures Spondylosis, Lumbago, Sciatica, Arthritis, Peripheral neuropathy of diabetes, weakness etc. rejuvenates the body, increases sexual power and relieves the stress.

  • Mud Therapy

    Naturopathy treatment, to reduce obesity and swelling in the body. This therapy prevents skin disease. The body is covered by a specially prepared mud, mixed with herbal powders and retained till it gets dry.

    Udhwarthanam (Dry powder massage)

    This is a traditional dry massage using medicated herbal powder. It helps to remove dead cells, deplete fat and strengthen the muscles.   • Shirodhara (Oil/decoction bath for head)

    Highly medicated special oils, milk, buttermilk etc., are poured as an even

    stream on to the forehead continuously for about 45-60 minutes per day. This will tune up the brain and will improve memory. This treatment is mainly to cure insomnia, paralysis, mental stress, certain skin diseases, psoriasis and general debility. It relieves tension, provides peace of mind and rejuvenates central nervous system.

  • Shirovasthi / Shirolepam (Keeping herbal oil in a cap fitted on the  head)

    These are the ideal treatments for headaches of several origins, facial palsy, hair fall, dandruff, Parkinson’s diseases premature hair greying etc.

  • Nasyam (Cleaning of nasal way and sinuses)

    Herbal juices, medicated oils etc., are applied through nose for few days. This treatment is highly effective for certain kinds of headaches, mental disorders, skin diseases etc.

  • Nethra Tharpanam (Rejuvenation of eyes)

    This is the cleaning process of the eyes that gives the cooling effect, relieves the strain for eyes, improves eyesight, prevents eye diseases and strengthens the optic nerve.

  • Mukhalepam (Herbal facial)

    Specially prepared herbal medicinal paste applied to the facial skin after a gentle massage and fermentation. Removes black marks, dark circles, pimple scars etc. and freshens the face.
